All the responses have been in the same area, so I have a good idea where you were. I have yet to see the owl so the pictures were nice to see. Both times I've gotten responses from it this year it was with a female Barred Owl. Large owl, mottled brown and white. Rounded head lacks ear tufts. Black eyes.
